Unfortunately once a domain transfer process has begun, the asset (the domain name) will eventually be yours and cannot be cancelled half way. Based on this, there are no refunds allowed.
You are however 100% protected by our third party escrow and payment provider. If for some reason we are unable to transfer the domain you will be 100% refunded, guaranteed.
